Varied nature with rainforests, mountains and dream beaches, hula hula and island beauties with flower wreaths in their hair are also unmistakably Hawaiian. Inspired by influential surfing legends, the WAVE in the brand name brings the Aloha spirit to you with tested and high-quality feel-good products.
Since we like to be in nature, this is of course very important to us. We would therefore like to delight you with product ideas that use natural and sustainable raw materials - with the cleanest possible ecological footprint.

We feel right at home here in the middle of nature. But we also like to travel to discover the beauty and charms of different places.
And when we're not traveling, we like to dream about these beautiful places - for example Hawaii, the nice people there and the fantastic nature with mountains , forests and the sea with bright sandy beachesandamazing waves.
With this inspiration, we started as a family business in 2014 to share our ideas and our style. We love nature, we love sport, we love the sun, we love positive people, we love our kids and life. We listen to music with real guitars. Our dogs are allowed to join in the office. Honestly? Sometimes doing nothing is a blessing – and not a waste of time!

He's never really bored. That's not for him at all. At work he likes to pull the strings or travel in his van. Otherwise he tortures his mountain bike or one of his boards. He feels most comfortable with his family and other relaxed people who want more and are active.

There is no such thing as not possible. Jutta makes it possible. What? Doesn't matter. Give it a try. And the nice voice on the phone? Yes, she is too. And it's not just the voice that's nice. With two kids, a husband and a job, she never gets bored either. That would be cruel too. Every now and then she equips herself with a rental dog and running shoes - and then no forest path is safe from her.

Mister Skate. Mister Bike. The youngest member of the team can't survive two days without his bikes and boards. When he has exhausted himself again, you have to cut the grin off his face. But then he has the peace and quiet he needs to devote himself to his diverse back office work - and he comes up with the best ideas for editing photos, videos, etc.

What does Elisa know very well? Mental coaching, sales and social media are exactly her thing. Almost everything you find out about us on social media has Elisa’s handwriting. With the WAVE HAWAII mindset and product know-how, she travels internationally. In addition to the notebook, she always has her surfing and skateboards with her, with which she not only has fun herself, but also helps other people get going through psychological and mental training and coaching.

Frederik
Stressful times and hectic everyday working life? Freddy doesn't go along with that. He has the calm he needs for his order processing and fulfillment tasks - even when things get rocky. With coolness and patience, he confidently tackles all the challenges that come his way. But he also likes to demonstrate his technical knowledge at trade fairs etc. Does he sometimes let off steam? Of course, it always works wonderfully when skating or biking.

SHANIA
When she was born, Shanny already had her first board under her arm. Salt water flows in their bloodstreams. She always has her ears and eyes on the pulse of the times and knows the needs of generations Y and Z. If she, as a digital nomad, isn't banging on her notebook keys for us, you can find her either at university or at her desk, on the water, in the snow or on a bike.

If you like the ponchos, bathrobes and everything else that has to be designed here as much as we do... Chantale is usually behind them, who is not only creative, but also gets her ideas down on the block. Our web shop is also in good hands. Otherwise, no one can fool you when it comes to windsurfing, kitesurfing and snowboarding.
COOL DOWNER & SECURITY

The guy is always calm. Except when the doorbell rings. Then he is excited and always in the front row. No tail wiggles as fast as Miro's. Otherwise, he is the haven of calm in the office, makes sure everyone maintains their work-life motivation and always encourages them to take a nap - no matter what time it is.

Annette is our finance minister, who doesn't miss any irregularity, no matter how small. At least someone who pays attention and keeps an eye on the details.
