Would you like to return your ordered product to us? No problem - you are of course welcome to do so within the scope of your right to object. 

Please fill out the return slip included in the package and enclose it in the return package. The return can then be sent back to us using a parcel service of your choice.

We know that the large corporations, for example, offer free returns because they can simply afford it given their huge purchasing volumes and low shipping costs. However, we ask for your indulgence as we are not of this size, also have to pay full taxes and unfortunately cannot calculate with such conditions in order to be able to offer free returns in principle - with the exception of legitimate complaints or incorrect deliveries.

We will already cover the shipping costs of your order to you. Returns represent significant costs for us, as they take a lot of time to check and usually have to be reprocessed. We think it's a fair solution if - compared to shopping in a shopping center - you don't have to pay travel and parking costs, for example, and the possible return costs are basically covered.

If you still want to receive a return label from us, we will send it to you for shipping within Germany. To do this, we need your WAVE HAWAII order number or your home and email address in order to send you this label by separate email.
